The song is roughly based around the chords Am, C, and E, Main parts: Part A: E-------0-------0-------0-------0----- B-----------3-------1-------0--------- G---------2---2--2---2---2---2------ D-----2---------------------------2--- A---0--------------------------------- E-------------------------------------- Part A is based around Am, and is altered slighty by changing the fingering on the B string. This is the general idea throughout the whole song, and it applies to all the parts. Part A is the main verse riff, and it is played over 8 times before the transistion into the next part: Part B: E-------0-------0-------0-------0---- B-----------3-------1-------0-------- G---------2---2--2---2---2---2------ D-----2----------------------------2-- A---3--------------------------------- E------------------------------------- "All these thing is all positions..." Play Part B twice, and then play part A twice. Note that there are almost no breaks between the various parts, and that they all run together. Part C: E-------0-------0-------0-------0--- B-----------3-------1-------0------- G---------0---0--0---0---0---0------ D-----2---------------------------2- A---2-------------------------------- E------------------------------------ This part is played during the chorus, look below in the sequence of parts to see how. Part D: E------8--7----12--8--7--8--------- B--10-------8---------------------- G---------------------------------- D---------------------------------- A---------------------------------- E---------------------------------- This part is not exactly tabbed, and a few notes change here and there just like the chords, just play about with ti a bit. This part is played by itself later on in the song, and then later on with chorus parts under it (i think). Sequence of parts: Intro :A X4 Verse :A X4 B X2 A X2 Chorus:B X1 C X1 A X2 B X1 C X1 (Play Verse and Chorus again) Chorus again (over 'Ahhh's) Next bit: B X1 C X1 Then: D X However many times (listen to the record!) (this may well have the chorus parts under it, its too hard to make out) End on riff A, play once only and end by hitting the open A string. So theres my attempt, its not exact but it sounds ok, and a lot of the stuff is mixed quite low so, its hard to make out anyways.
