Mass media is a phrase often used to describe ways of giving information and entertainment to very large numbers of people. It includes newspapers, advertising and radio and, of course, television. We all know that millions of people on our planet watch TV. Advertisements are so expensive and so effective, because people believe in everything they see in TV. There are exceptions, but really seldom. If they see something in television they go to shop to buy it. If they say in TV that this politician is good and this is bad people will vote for the good one. It's simple and real. It is said that "If you have control over mass media, you have control over people in your country." I agree with the statement, because it is true. People do what television, radio and newspapers tell them to do. If I had control over mass media in my country I would tell people to vote for my political party, to buy my products and people would do what I would order them. I would fully control my government and it's people. It's dangerous, but it can happen every day...
