What do we eat? - I think nobody in Poland ever asked this question himself. Everyone think that we all eat similar things. But it's not always true. Polish dinner consists of soup and the main course. Soup is usually broth, pea soup or cucumber soup. The main course is usually pork chop, chicken or hamburger. But there are departures like porridge, tomato soup or fast food. Young people often call for pizza or go to McDonalds'. So we can't say that the same food is on the every table in Poland. Polish food is too different to enumerate it on two hands. But I'm sure that in every house in Poland the serving and eating is the same. We have all food we eat on one plate. Potatoes or chips are on other plate, the same as salad and meat. We eat using a fork, a knife and a spoon. Spoon is used to soup and other cutlery is used in the main course. We also have some water, coke or juice, but we drink it when we finish the meal. If you eat during the meal you're not ethical. We also sometimes have a desert after the meal. We eat cake or chocolate. I think those are all polish traditions about the food. There are of course used in other European countries, but Poland used it longer...
